This family owned hearty Italian restaurant is a gem in NW Indiana. It’s been around for awhile and Nancy LoDuca and family are survivors in a tough market.
My two visits in the course of a month renewed my interest in exploring places outside the Chicago metro area. The food is honest and portions of the styrofoam exit family – sharing would be a better idea. Wine choices are limited but adequate and fair. Wait-staff is efficient and friendly – didn’t see a snob in the place.
